Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days by First Class Post in the U.K.

Postage is free on orders over £30 placed online within UK only. This does not apply when ordering more than one of these heavy items, Active Life, Jurassic Juice, OxyPlus, Organic Minerals, Udo Oil, Udo Capsules and Sprouted Wheat Bread.
All European/World Wide orders are now sent by either Airsure/International Signed For Airmail or Courier Service where applicable. Your goods are insured against loss or damage.
