We are keeping the newsletter focused this week on stopping the epidemic of flu and other winter ailments. We have featured them before, but after reading this week of many deaths (including young people) in the UK from the Chinese Flu strain, we felt it necessary to make sure you know your solutions.

To stop the flu or cold virus in its tracks, the solution is FluEeze. W.H.O. LAUNCHES GLOBAL FRUIT AND VEGETABLE

...Following the maxim "an apple a day keeps the doctor away," the World Health Organization launched a global campaign on Monday to boost the consumption of fruit and vegetables to save lives.

Pekka Puska, director of the WHO's division for noncommunicable disease prevention and control, told Reuters in Rio de Janeiro, where the initiative was launched, that a fruit- and vegetable-rich diet could save as many as 2.7 million lives annually around the world.

WHO and the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization will jointly work out a program to promote such a diet to prevent cardiovascular diseases and certain types of cancer...

WHOLE TOMATO, NOT LYCOPENE FLIGHTS  

...Eating tomato products has been tied to a reduced risk of prostate cancer. Now, findings from an animal study suggest that to achieve this effect the whole tomato must be eaten.
