Constipation
1. Cut down or cut out all bread, pastry, brains, cereals etc...
2. Drink 1-2 pints of water immediately on waking. Then wait 1 hour before eating breakfast.
3. Drink 1 glass of water every hour during the day.
4. Increase vegetables and fruit to 8 portions of vegetables and 3 pieces of fruit per day. Make homemade to vegetable soup in a large pan to last a few days, include cabbage in the soup.
